Notes
1. Alex Henshaw joined Vickers Armstrong at the outbreak of the Second World War initially testing Wellingtons and subsequently Spitfire and Walrus aircraft. He was appointed Chief Test Pilot at Castle Bromwich, Birmingham in June 1940.
2. All five Railway stamps were used on TP 14b, 400 of each.
