Note
Barnes Wallis designed the R100 Airship depicted on the Cover. He also designed the geoditic construction of the Wellington, the aircraft depicted on the handstamp. He is probably best remembered for the 'bouncing bombs' used on the lvléhne and Eder Dams, the 12,000 Ib Tallbov and 10 ton Grand Slam bombs. He was knighted in 1968.
