Note
Raymond Collishaw, born in British Columbia, was a member of Scott's ill-fated Antarctic Expedition. From 1916 he flew with the RNAS, commanding No 10 (Naval) Squadron B Flight, the famous "Black Flight" composed wholly of Canadians. Between May and July 1917 the flight destroyed 87 enemy aircraft, Collishaw accounting for atleast 16. He died in Canada in 1975.
