Notes
1. lt was not possible to fly more than 3000 Covers in one Gnat, so they were split between five aircraft. Those for each aircraft were stamped with a different Red Arrows formation in a different colour.

2. Flt Lt Haddock and Flt Lt Perreaux were subsequently killed in a flying accident at RAF Kemble on 21 Jan 71.
3. In addition to being flown by the Red Arrows, all Covers were flown from RAF Kemble to RAF Hendon in Sycamore XG544 by Flt Lt C J Perry (Pilot) and Flt Lt P Nl- Nagle (Navigator). The flight time was 1 hr 10 mins. The flight cachet is on the reverse of the Cover.
4. The signature on all authentic Pilot Signed Covers is adiacent to the cachet.
5. Covers exist signed by all five pilots.
