The pilot of the Vulcan which flew the Covers was Flt Lt P. G. Cowen and not Flt Lt Green as printed on the Flight Cachet. Flt |.t Cowen signed a small number of Covers for individuals, but no official issue of pilot signed Covers was made. A self-adhesive label printed with Flt Lt Cowerfs nameto Cover the incorrect name was distributed, and some Covers may have this label attached.
