DM1(a) Cover bearing 13p Jersey Heraldry Definitive stamp signed by Sqn Ldr B A D M McDonald AFC*.
DM1(b). As for 1a but with 14p Jersey stamp.
DM1(c). As for 1a but signed by Provost Crew Flt Lt R C Shuster AFC and Sqn Ldr Fl C Shuster AFC.
DM1(d). Asifor 1c but with ‘l4p Jersey stamp.
DM1(e). A4 sized Special, Signed by 7 winners of the AFC, each signing  beneath his 'own' aircraft. l747 numbered and certified}.

Notes 1.
1a and 1b were flown by Sqn Ldr McDonald, one of the few serving officers with the AFC and Bar.
2. 1c and 1d were flown by the Shusters — the only father and son- who have both been awarded the AFC.
3. The Large Special is the first of its size to be issued by the Museum. lt has e 75p Jersey 'CommonweaIth' Commemorative stamp on the front and a 12p Jersey 'Europa' Commemorative on the back plus a black circular RAF Leeming back stamp. Air Commodore Clouston died before signing so a facsimile of his signature was used.
4. The Medal Replicas are made of silk.
