FF 9(d) Special covers as 9Ia) but with 11 lip standard definitive  and signed by Alan BRISTOW. I149O signed and certified).

(i) The original for this cover was painted by Derek Bist.
(ii) Released by the RAF in 1919, Mclntosh joined Handley Page Transport, initially flying the 0/400 on International services to the continent. Following a distinguished career with both civil and military flying, including Air Recin  and the 1969 Daily Mail Transatlantic Air Race. he is now Vice President of the HP Association and the  Croydon Airport Society.
