Notes
1. The original for the Cover was painted by Terence Cuneo.
2. 1000 Standard Covers were given to British Airways for their own use.
3. FF 7c and 7d bear a circular British Airways "FIRST SIXTY YEARS"  commemorative label on the front.
4. FF 7d was carried on the Maiden Flight of G-BGKE, brought into service for the route to Switzerland.
5. Captain Campbell Orde was one of the original pilots who flew the London-Paris route in 1919-20 with Aircraft Transport and Travel Ltd, the forerunner of British Airways. He was Operations Manager of Imperial Airways and a Director of BOAC during its first four years.
