Notes
1. A number of Standard Covers (approx. 150) exist where the BFPS 1478 cancellation missed the stamp and a second identical cancellation was then applied. They were randomly distributed.
2. Pilot signed covers were si ned by all four pilots, but not equally. Mills and Perrin signed more than Weston and Findlay. Some of them were additionally signed by B. O'Brien, the Team Commentator.
